Des Foster - Rhodesian sportsman

 

Des's father, my grand father was Richard Foster ( a great in swimming
and water polo), he was also on the Rhodesian sporting committee and
rugby selection panel.

And Richard's brother, Cedric "Peter" Foster (C.N.Foster), held 4
Rhodesian colours (Swimming, Boxing, WaterPolo, Rugby) he also held the
South African heavy weight boxing title in the 60's... C.N.Foster

Richard Foster also held a Commonwealth 500yd swimming record.

Des Foster - Water polo. Represented Rhodesia in 103 games till
departure. A Record which has now been broken.
